I am a licensed professional counselor who treats adults and adolescents. I received my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago and my Master's degree from DePaul University in Chicago. 

I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, identity and development issues, adolescents and young adults, and insomnia. Prior to graduate school, I worked extensively with foster children and homeless youth in community mental health settings. I completed my practicum at Insight Behavioral Health Centers in Chicago, IL treating adolescents with mood and eating disorders in the PHP program and an externship at the Boulder Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. 

I have received training in empirically supported treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also a registered yoga teacher and passionate about the integration of mind and body in relation to healing. 

I am an affiliate of the Boulder Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies in Boulder, CO. 

I am currently paneled with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and accept private pay.
